Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer who makes and operates PicFlux (“PicFlux”, “we”, “us”). By using PicFlux you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use PicFlux
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with an Apple or Google account and are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Credits and purchases
- Creating costs credits. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.
- You can buy credit packs as in-app purchases through Apple. Apple’s terms apply to the payment.
- Credits never expire. They belong to your PicFlux account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money except where the law requires it.
- If a creation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you delete your account, any remaining credits are lost.
3. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the photos and text you provide and in the results you create. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to provide PicFlux to you. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and, where it shows other people, their permission.
4. What you may not do
- Create sexual or nude content, or any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.
- Use someone’s likeness without their permission, impersonate anyone, or create content meant to deceive people into thinking a real person said or did something.
- Create content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence, hatred or illegal activity.
- Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Abuse, reverse engineer, overload or try to get around the app’s limits or safety checks.
We check prompts and images automatically and may refuse requests, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI results
Results are generated by AI models and can be unexpected, inaccurate or imperfect. Review them before you share them, and disclose that content is AI-generated where the law or a platform requires it. The models available may change over time.
6. The service
We work to keep PicFlux available but do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using PicFlux and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
PicFlux is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for PicFlux or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If PicFlux fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
